long and in depth is the first idea that comes to mind. There was an application and then an inital interview with some role plays. Then we had a PD activity where we designed a pd for unit planning and engaged in a full day final interview.

Phone interview comes first. They will ask questions about situations that challenged you and how you dealt with it. They ask strengths and weaknesses. Also asked for your biggest professional pet peeve.
