The interview process starts with a long online application and then if successful you're invited to an assessment centre which is a whole day. You get a lot of support and advice throughout the process, very friendly people.

Assessment Centre - different tasks were given. First a group exercise with a scenario within which everyone had to contribute then there were two independent tasks, one was a scenario based one and one a pre planned lesson, followed by a solo interview.
