The conversation was relaxed and conversational, focusing more on your genuine interest in the markets, your perspectives, and how you think about investing rather than diving deeply into technical details.
Straight forward need to have basic knowledge of accounting principles, markets, fed, banking knowledge and have a good personality fit within the group you are applying for. I applied cold and lucked out was a 3 month process
