Two-day interview process included a design challenge with a take-home assignment. Felt like I met a good cross-section of the company - helpful in understanding company culture. The number of interviews was somewhat exhausting, but worthwhile based on getting the offer without delay.

Everything was done via email with no phone interview. We were given 90 minutes to fill it out. Once sent back to the hiring manager we got an email saying it was going to the review board for review.
