First it should have been a screening interview. After the recruiter miss-scheduled it twice because he was not able to compute the timezone correctly, I managed to have a call with the interviewer on zoom.
st: He did not introduce himself
nd: He did not start his camera; Providing the fact that everything happens remote nowadays, such behavior is weird.
rd: He was using a very bad headset and I could barely understand what he was saying/asking.
th: The step above combined with a strong indian accent made a lot of questions hard to understand, hence i asked him multiple times to write the keywords of the question
th: The interview was for a JAVA position. When asked about PERL, i answered that i do not have any experience with it.
th: At the end, I received a feedback that puts me at a rating of 2 out of 5 for JAVA(I have 8 years of experience), and other science-fiction stuff like: English 3 out of 5, Attitude 3 out of 5.
