3 rounds with diffferent people including a written exam. They took abit long to give feedback. The interview was carried out on different days and very unstructed questions. They verified my certicates and referees later and also asked for last payslip
Was not pleasant coz all interview rounds were done by junior employees and HR and focused on asking unecessary technical questions for a managerial position and they focus on pulling you down rather than discuss and focus on skills and value you can bring to the organization
Very long .. screening, written test,3 interviews to follow with different people and levels. Some easy and some difficult and biased. An offer is made after reference check and submission of previous payslip.
