I applied online and then the application went through the background check according to the requirement of the position, then I received a link to go through the online psychometric tests both numerical and online. After clearing the tests online.

Presentation based. Make a presentation on the skills and qualities you have both in academics and otherwise, that can be used in a full-time role at TATA Steel. They asked me about basic engineering questions like what does a nut and bolt do and why they are important.

very simple application procedure. then there are some psychometric tests - not too hard. This is followed by a competency based video interview. the questions are quite straightforward such as what do you know about tata steel? why mechanical engineering?
