Interview
casual, cool, friendly setting. Questions were from power system protection and interlock schematics. DC AC schematics. Work experience gained, learning from previous projects and experience gathered. Interest in field, manual, software work. Was asked about the willingness to continuously travel and work on field. Was interviewed by senior manager and then introduced to the General manager. Given an instruction to never return from the field without having solved the problem, which helped me personally in life.
2 rounds , first was aptitude + coding output mcqs, second was interview , checked basic concepts of python, discussion on projects mentioned in resume. Questions related to machine learning were also asked.

Written test - computer based Aptitude test , which was the toughest one.
Group Discussion - Rigorous discussions to test candidates with good expressive behavior

Interview
The interview went for more than 2hrs. It was a difficult interview. Candidate must be having good knowledge of power systems, machines especially transformers, power electronics. They have asked about projects also.
