Application sent off via 6th form staff, then shortlisted candidates are selected for face to face interview where 6 of final candidates are chosen on how they demonstrate qualities such as leadership, team work, and determination.

Not very elaborate. the hiring process was not very elaborate. It had a one on one interview with client and after the client approved, onboarding was done. This is a good company to work at.
