As a Fresher it was a 2 step process
1st was NQT exam which consists of easy to moderate level mcqs and 2 coding questions.
2nd was the Interview round which included both the technical and HR.
In techincal they asked from my resume + two coding question that i have to solve using pen and paper and in HR part they asked me all the standard HR questions.
