I had a very unprofessional negative experience with the first screening interview screening. The interviewer started by questioning my salary expectations and informing me that it was typical for candidates having worked for tech giants to ask for a salary beyond the hiring budget. I was told "You need to understand that this a start-up without processes which is struggling". As I applied remote position, Taskworld would not offer any benefits. I followed up by email the next day and was ghosted after that. This experience gave me a very bad impresssion of this company.
