Process was very easy, no STAR questions were asked. High school diploma was needed. Customer service experience is needed. Food experience if you want to work at the Starbucks inside target.

Easy. Lots of questions. Just follow STAR interview questions. They had me do 1 interview and I found out I got the job right there. Then they scheduled me to do a orientation.
Great and short. Lots of people. Glad to have the opportunity. Interviewers were nice and efficient and asked good questions. Pretty straight forward process. Not unlike any other interview I’ve had with any other company.
