TaraVista Behavioral Health Center interview questions

I Was interviewed by the unit director. She had previously been a floor nurse at Tara Vista but did not seem to know the answer to basic questions. She was about 20 minutes late to the interview and not well prepared. She gave a lot of incorrect information about how things work on the unit.

Interview process was virtual but they also hold job fairs now. They say they’re a family but we are so understaffed it feels unsafe at times and can be really tough to get a break.
