I was definitely a bit stressed at first — my voice did that shaky thing, and my brain briefly considered fleeing the country — but they immediately picked up on it and did their best to help me relax. It worked. I found myself enjoying the conversation instead of counting the minutes. A huge plus: the process was organized. Like, impressively organized. Every step had a clear agenda, dates were respected, no one rescheduled last-minute, and I didn’t have to refresh my inbox 200 times wondering if someone had forgotten me. That level of punctuality says a lot about respect for candidates’ time — and trust me, it does not go unnoticed. Overall, the whole experience felt human, encouraging, and refreshingly drama-free. I left each interview feeling confident and heard — not drained or judged. If more companies treated candidates this way, Glassdoor would be a much calmer place.
