Tappé Architects interview questions

I had an initial phone interview with 2 people, which was fairly informal and relaxed. I went over my previous work experience and they asked typical interview questions. I was then invited for an in person interview a few days later, which was also pretty relaxed. This interview was mostly for getting more information about the company and going over my portfolio. I met with a few additional people and was introduced to the team.
