Interview
Just had the interview yesterday. I sent in my job application when they were hiring and got a callback about two weeks later. Came in and sat with the manager for about 5 minutes. She pretty much looked at my resume and asked me questions about it. They included asking about my availability, work experience, and plans for the summer. Very fast and easy, although not given much of a chance to "make an impression." I waited awkwardly at the end to shake her hand but she made no notion to ... Otherwise, straightforward and simple.
I applied via resume. They do not have an application for you to fill out and if you call them, they will ask of you to just turn in your resume. They have a sign out on the door that will either be there and say "Now Hiring. Turn in resume." or nothing.
Once over the summer, I applied when the sign was up, but I never heard back from them. The second time I applied, I was lucky and the manger happen to be there so we did a quick sit-down interview. He asked basic questions like my previous work place, availabilities, and whether I was still in school or not. That was the first part of my interview.
They called back about a few days after to come in for an interview with one of the supervisors. He also asked one the same questions as the manager. And he also told me heads up that I'm most likely going to be having another interview with the second manager so they can see how my personality is.
