Unprofessional and unorganised. It was like it was forgotten about so just had a little chat about each other. Was nothing more than this. Red flags straight away reflecting a company winging every thing they ever do

Very relaxed, unstructured and informal chat with the manager, sitting on comfortable sofas in store, discussing company policies, opportunity and my own experience and skills. Will hopefully lead to an offer.
