Application Review: The process begins with the submission of your application, including your resume and possibly a cover letter. Initial Phone Screen: If your application is shortlisted, the first round usually involves a phone screening.
It was through the video, about twenty minutes long, containing introducing yourself, introducing your portfolio, and your understanding of architecture and something like that. There was only one interviewer. It was not very difficult.
