Tour around nicu Then ask you questions you interview with nurse manager and assistant. It’s a long interview process and was a bit odd because so many people were coming in and out of the interview a bit informal too

Interview
Very personable and easy to interview with spent time answering all questions and gave a tour of the unit. Also allowed me to speak with staff to answer any questions I had they could answer better than the manager.
