The recruiter and the interviewers were very friendly. They also gave me feedback during the interview. The process took 3 weeks and all the interviews were on Zoom. It was open, honest and constructive.

The first step was HR interview which was one of those quiet interviews which you figure out they really are looking for a team player who fits the company culture. Second step was an interview with team lead and after that assigning a task which should be done offline. the third interview was like talking about the task and how you performed it with the team and you'd be asked some related questions.
