Step 1. Talk with a recruiter. The recruiter took two weeks to get back to me, and also showed up to the interview late. Step 2. A take home code assessment that they say takes 2 hours but actually can take multiple days. They give little direction and expect it to be done really fast. They will not respond to questions about the assignment or offer extensions.
