I was asked to interview after applying through a friend's referral. The interview was fairly unstructured, but that was a positive, because it was much more of a conversation than I had expected. Great, exciting place to work, especially if you are interested in start-ups, social networking, or the entertainment industry. Questions asked centered around: What can you bring to the table? What experience makes you right for this job? What do you imagine your role would be?
