Tala Machine Learning Engineer interview questions

The first stage is to talk to the hiring manager. Includes questions around resume background and common data system concepts. Followed by a coding tech screen. There is no preparation from recruiting on what to expect from the tech screen or what signals are important. The interviewer was completely silent the entire time I was working on a coding question and had no suggestions on things to highlight or improve, and got negative feedback the following week. The process is really difficult to navigate without knowing important signals before and during the interview.
