They bragged about their high turnover in production. Need to use staffing agencies to get people to work because management is so poor- they could not hire a shipping/receiving person and keep them, so they depended on temp agencies. Management treats employees like children. Office staff was told they could only use the bathroom on "breaks" that aligned with production's breaks.
