You do not directly talk with that hiring manager. You will speak with leaders who have been there for a while and they interview you to be on their "team". Does not tell you that this is a door-to-door sales kind of position.

Set of three interviews. I only did the first which was quite short and not difficult. I was invited for the second round, but after reading a few reviews about the company, decided against it because I wasn't interested in door to door sales.
