Tacoma Public Utilities interview questions

I applied online for the R&D Project Manager role and got an email saying they would like me to come in person for a Sr Power Analyst role which was strange. There was no phone screen or anything before this step. There was also only one day with time slots that were mentioned in the email. On arriving, I was given a sheet of paper with 10 questions and about 10-15 mins to prepare my answers for the R&D Project Manager role. Was a panel interview and they went 1 by 1 asking the questions mentioned on the paper. The interview questions were general and were buillt to understand more about my experience and how it ties into the role. On leaving, they said they'd get in touch for the next steps but I never heard back. Not even a courtesy rejection email was sent.

Its a pretty straightforward process, they do seem very strict. Not sure on work and life balance. They do have a very fast hiring process. Very direct on how the hiring process will be and what to expect.
