There were three people in the panel interview. Each of them will ask you a question relating to the secretary position. How do you handle a conflict problem with the co-worker? How do you solve that? How do you handle if there are two typing jobs need to be done at the same time, how do you handle that?

They expect you to know what is AR 25-20 mean. They will ask you what is AR XX-XX? You have to give them a title of the army regulation.
