I applied through other source. I interviewed at Taco Cabana (San Antonio, TX) in Feb 2017
Interview
Basically got asked about previous experience and what I would do in different scenarios related to situations happening between employee's and or customers. Overall it more of a common sense interview, which is not very common so it was logical.
Interview questions [1]

Interview
She asked if I had experience. Seemed eager to hire asked like 2 questions. She was not personable. Did not smile or even seem pleasant. Sloppily dressed, unprofessional. I passed the interview and she hired me on the spot. My first day was a 11 hour shift cus her employees were not reliable. She spoke to me and everyone else very disrespectfully but especially me. I have strong work ethic and it seemed she was annoyed by it wanted me to be lazier like everyone else.

Interview
The general manager sat me down in the lobby and asked me typical questions. He was very friendly and seemed like a fair person. Interview was short, lasting only about 15 minutes, and afterward he said he will be in touch. A few days after, I received a call from him offering the position.
