      Interview

horrible !!! I don't know where to start this but honestly, they just wasted two months of my time I did 6 interviews !!!! yes 6 interviews the long story short at the beginning the recruiter told me it will be 5 interviews only then after a few interviews she said oh we have to add another one to the list very vague structure and not straightforward !!!! let me tell you how the final interview with the VP setup was the recruiter emailed me at 7 pm !!!!!to tell me your final interview will be tomorrow at 10 am !!!!! and that's it we don't have other slots or days to do it and we have to decide by next week who got the role from you and plus the other 2 ( so if I didn't check my email that night I wouldn't make it to the final interview !!! can you imagine how stressing and annoying was that and not professional at all ) I literally felt at some point they already know who they going to hire for this job and they just wanted to keep the game running for their show but I said let me continue and do whatever it takes to get that job in my hand so I did pass all the interviews and all the team liked me from their positive feedback but unfortunately, till this moment they didn't get back to me after the final interview with the VP she said you will get your feedback from the recruiter but nothing I emailed them after three weeks after the final interview and they just ghosted me with no response No respect for my time and my hard work I was coding this technical task day and night just to get that job horrible company and I really mean it

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Taboola (New York, NY) in Oct 2024

      Interview

the interview process is lengthy and was progressing slower than I expected but that could be due to the timing as I was interviewing at the end of the year when people are constantly out of the office. I had to wait 2 weeks between each round of interviews for the most part and there was no communication between these 2 weeks, not even if I emailed and asked for updates. At that time I was still employed at my previous company so I was not in a hurry to find the next position, therefore it worked out for me. However, I can see how frustrating this would be if the candidate is actively looking for new opportunities. The interviews themselves are very fair. The questions were reasonable, and everyone I talked to was friendly and pleasant.

      Solutions Engineer Interview

      11 Jan 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Taboola in Jan 2022

      Interview

Had a brief intro phonecall with talent acquisition and then an interview with a manager. Interview was good, interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to. Unfortunately didn't continue further in the process as it wasn't a great fit, but a good experience. Only thing I would say is being told it was a 6 step process by the recruiter was a little offputting.
