I had an initial interview over the phone. It was very formal and was about 15 minutes. I was asked about my experience and to provide references. I was called back a week later to schedule a second interview. My second interview was in person and off site since the property is under construction. It went really well. I liked the interview style of the Area Manager - she asked the questions needed, and was very professional, but it was more of a relaxed conversation.
