Over the phone telephone interview was straight forward told you what job you was applying too, salary and working hours etc. Once passed the telephone interview you have to go into store and do a face to face which includes role play, maths test and questions.

Long Winded process before actually getting a face to face interview . Application quite easy to navigate, then a phone interview clearly read from a script. Questions didn’t really apply to the role I was going for
Just had phone interview, lovely lady. We spoke for about 30mins and then i was offered an interview. Waiting to see how that goes.
I think she was happy with my honesty and my general chit chat rather than sticking just to questions and answers.

Math test , genereal chat to see how your interaction skills are and talking about knowledge of figures and travel itself and if you have travelled a lot yourself or just keep up to date travel updates or construction
