Long, everything goes through head office in the UK. Online application filled out, phone call interview, then face to face. With, nsometimes the area manager, or the retail store manager and assistant manager.

What qualities I could bring to the position, what booking systems have I used before. What KPI's have I previously worked towards. Knowledge of travel, family resorts in Europe and American holidays.

there was a phone interview asked about what I know about the company and 'describe a time where' questions then in-person interview with a maths test then more questions about how I would deal with certain situations in the role.
