I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at TTEC (Greenville, SC) in Oct 2012
Interview
I applied online and then I was invited to take a phone interview. The phone interview was over an automated system, it asked I think 3 questions and you would respond. After that I received an email to participate in a interview via web session. There were over 40 people that attended and If you accepted the offer you let them know by typing accept in the chat. After I accepted I received a series of emails to fill out paperwork and I had to go and take a drug test.

Nothing was difficult or unexpected the entire process was pretty easy.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TTEC in May 2026
Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Galveston, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
