I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TTEC (Springfield, MO) in Oct 2012
Interview
Initial communication and interview timing were all handled online and by email. Only after the application did I receive a call to be invited to an interview. The interview was preceeded by an assessment. After passing the assessment (test of analytical, mathmatical and office skills) I was offered an interview.
The interview was fairly simple and consisted of:
Can you work any time?
What made you choose TeleTech?
What do you know about cell phones - this questioning time had specific questions but I don't remember them all.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TTEC in May 2026
Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Galveston, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
