Interview
The recruitment head from the US called and asked if I was open to exploring a position at their Philippine office. I responded positively. She then set up several phone and face to face interviews with the head of the department as well as one of the vice presidents.

The head of recruitment asked me what would I regret the most if I left the post I had then for the post at Teletech
The interview went well overall. I felt well-prepared and was able to discuss my experiences and skills in relation to the role. I made sure to highlight my relevant achievements and how they align with the company's needs. I was engaged and enthusiastic throughout the conversation, which seemed to resonate with the interviewer. I also asked insightful questions about the team and company culture, which helped me better understand the role.
