Large group conversation (20+) and then broke down into smaller groups. Group interview, 4 candidates to one interviewer. Everyone who showed up to the interview was offered a job. AKA if you're a warm body, we'll hire you.

So far it has been great. I had an conference call interview with about 15 other applicants. It was a very unique and organized call. We had group discussions and individual time to speak with the interviewer. I am now waiting my 3 day period to find out if I got the job.
