Interview
The interview was a zoom meeting, with 2 people. They were very nice. They asked relevant questions but were also personable and relaxed. They did not seem like they were in a rush to get through it and that they were actually interested in my answers for consideration.
Lots of emails, did not result in an official interview as the salary range was well below the average so I decided to no longer pursue this role. If they posted the salary range on the job posting, this would have save us both lots of time.
It’s easy 3 rounds interview starting with assessment round. If you clear the assessment,the second will be HR round with basic questions regarding your position and after that the final round is Manger round which is detailed summary for you and your employer
