I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TTEC (Springfield, MO) in Jul 2015
Interview
There was no actual interview where you sit down with someone and they ask you questions, you come in to talk to HR and they offer you the job.
I applied online and was contacted via phone, I came in once to take a proficiency test which you can also take online which was just a really simple battery of computer skills and customer service call situations, also had to go do a drug test which the company pays for at a certain location and came in later for the interview but it's really just a job offer.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TTEC in May 2026
Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Galveston, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
