TSMC Process Integration Engineer interview questions

Self Introduction for 5 minutes at first. Then they asked behavioral questions for 25 minutes. Then asked technical questions for 10 minutes. They mainly care about whether you are familiar with semiconductor device knowledge and fabrication process.

Easy. First, I talked with the hiring manager, who was trying to figure out my background and which division he should put me in. Then, I talked to an HR individual, who asked me some behavioral questions. Overall, the interview process is light and casual.
