Interview
After applying they shortlist based on resume, and then an interview, after which the job is offered. The entire process is fast and they respond quickly whether the job is offered or not.

Describe your previous projects. In case there is a project they take interest in, they ask you some questions about the technologies used and results of the project.

Then, you will know whether you get the offer. Their interview is not really hard. Just remember to practice your code ability.
