Interview
The company takes a holistic approach in the interview process. Technical questions were asked but the focus is more on the relevancy than depth. Many behavior types of questions were asked to determine culture or job nature fits.
The interview will have 3 to 4 stage process depending on the position you are applying i.e. entry-level or engineer position will have 3 phase while mangerial or higher will have 4 phase interview before getting an offer.
