Interview
First you go to an informational session. You're then scheduled to take a test called CBT that has an English portion and a screening x-ray test. If you pass, you'll get notified and have an in person interview scheduled. At the interview you're asked basic questions, behavioral based, to assess your customer service skills, critical thinking, problem resolution, etc. and then you wait for background check if accepted.

It was a very long wait to start to finish like a half year or so, big process to endure. Background check, several testing, etc.There was an in-person interview as well as lab testing.

You do an assessment then you go to do a face to face interview. It was a STAR Format interview and I practiced and aced the interview. I was not offered the position due to having mental health issues so becareful not to tell them if you are on antidepressants.
