TRP Engineering College interview questions

i applied through online on 23-06-2016 and got the interview call by 01-07-2016...my interview date was 07-07-2016 at 10 am in the college campus itself..first round was online test then technical round and finally HR Round...i got selected and now am working in the college for 1 year and 6 months...worst management......don't know how to behave with the employees......i hate the college........
