I had three phone calls, two with the president and 1 with the VP. I also spoke in depth with the office admin. I then had had two face to face meetings with the President and then a compensation meeting and role parameters. The interview process was straight forward and all cards are laid out on the table for you to see. No gimmicks or games. Owner is a straight shooter. I was asked to come up with a 30/60/90 day plan as well.
