the interviewer wasn’t punctual for the video call. Request to spoke in Mandarin. Interview process took more than an hour. Few random scenario (what will you do if A don’t cooperate with you) and few calculations.

The hiring and interview is brief and it almost depends on your education background and the chemistry between yourself and the interviewer. Students outside of the top universities in mainland China is very difficult to pass the CV round; the interviewee needs to be smart and business sense in sales is very appreciated by the interviewers.
