La primer entrevista fue por llamada teléfonica, respondes algunas preguntas en inglés y te agendan una entrevista grupal con otro conjunto de personas. En esta entrevista básicamente mencionas algo de información personal y según tu perfil te asignan a un cliente y LOB. Si estas de acuerdo entras al training.

Interview
Many calls, but they were all enjoyable. Great interviewers, they were very helpful and they helped to make a comfortable atmosphere. The only thing maybe that they could make smaller groups for the interview but that's it, everything else was really good.

The (formal) interview was really short and concise in my opinion, they mostly focused on my proficiency over the language but also were interested in a few personality traits of mine.
