I underwent three processes when I applied. Initial interview, validation, and final interview. Initial interview is where the introduction happens and short question and answer about you educational background and what you did before deciding to apply to the company would occur. They also asked random questions that challenged my communication skills. Next was the validation process, this is where my skills were assessed if I am fit for the position they want to put me in. Lastly is the final interview. It was just bunch of questions similar to those asked from the initial interview but it’s more detailed this time. In my experience, the interview process went smoothly and the atmosphere was not too intimidating. The interviewer was also nice and I did not feel like I was being judged.
