I applied online and was contacted within two weeks. I went to the business office and took both a written exam and a typing test. The written exam was to test me on my knowledge of both MAC and Windows OS. After passing both, I was put in a small room with the interviewer. I was asked the basic questions; why I wanted to work for them, what had been my greatest success, and of course, worst failure; how I had overcome it or what I would do differently.
