It was a telephonic interview first followed by a skype interview. After both the interview, there is HR round for discussing the salary. Once salary has been decided then you need to go to the organisation for documentation purposes and your traing will be started from the next day.

They asked me how you will handle frustrated clients and are you able to manage them and they ask are you comfortable with relocation. They also asked diffrence between firewall and antivirus.
