Interview
I just walked in & was instructed to undergo some PC Literacy test & virtual language test, which i passed then wait for 24hours to get a call which i did as well. Then a series of interviews for language then one unexpected test, was to demo as a sales person to convince someone to buy something

Question 1
Convince the interviewer as a prospect customer in a mall & I was the sales agent of a phone.Two other applicants & me was held in a room together with the resource personnel.

Interview
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
